Thetahealing^® technique

Suffering, struggle and stress mostly originate from our ancestors and our genetic level. The thetahealing technique focuses on activating our DNA energetically and emotionally to release generations worth of chronic trauma, anxiety and survival emotions we inherited.

Additionally, from the age of 0 to 10 we are predominantly in a theta brainwave and we carry beliefs attached to emotional challenges or traumas we experienced in childhood. The meditation and digging technique used in thetahealing helps your subconscious mind resolve old patterns of thinking and heavy draining feelings.

Feeling good takes practice

At first practicing high vibration feelings and priming your mind and body with new states like joy, appreciation and forgiveness may sound juvenile.

Especially when someone is telling you that's all you require to be in a state of alignment and balance.

All masters share the same wisdom. Nothing new or revolutionary. But it is evolutionary. It is the missing step in evolving our consciousness. How
to shift
energy

Real change happens on a feeling level not a thinking level.

We can sit and discuss challenges and issues all day but that won't ensure we have created a solution. We may be stuck in a pattern without being aware of it in the first place.

To change patterns and create newness in our life we follow a simple process that gets us to shift things at their root cause:

1. Behaviour:

Some action can change behaviour but if you have ever tried to do that you know it can be tough, it may not stick or it doesn't last. Usually this is surface symptoms of deeper issues.

Eg alcohol addiction, sugar addiction, aggressive behaviour ….

2. Thoughts:

Positive thinking doesn't really work, you can say to yourself a hundred positive statements consiously but if your subconscious doesn't agree… guess who will win?

Eg I love myself ( but in reality you are broke, spending all your money and single or in a miserable relationship) then there is an internal subconscious conflict.

Your thinking and how you really FEEL are not in agreement.

Eg i love food but you eat a cookie and feel guilty and for 10 days … then your hardware and software are not aligned or on the same page.

3. Feelings:

Here's where real transformation happens. It takes COURAGE to be HONEST with yourself. About how you really feel. It takes WISDOM to know you can distract yourself all you want but if you don't find 20 minutes to sit with yourself and check in how you feel your thoughts and behaviours will run you.

Your body and your mind will run your life. Feelings on the other hand they guide you to 2 things.
Your breathing slows down
Your brain waves slow down to alpha and theta
Your body relaxes
Your mind eases up
Feelings take you to memories and beliefs
Then the energy shift can happen

You feel a surge of emotions being pulled out of you. Old emotions harboring pain, imprints and low vibrations. They are as real as your atoms. Emotions are molecules themselves. New feelings are taught to the subconscious. And you create the change in your nervous system, biochemistry and consciousness.
The more you practice things the more your psychic centers open, your body adjusts to its natural flow and wellness. Your mind learns to relax and be focused. Your productivity is jacked up. Your awareness is heightened. You start to take note of priorities in your life. No longer being pulled in different directions by urgency.

You will simply start an inside out transformation… one belief at a time. But with results that are way more than your 5 senses can perceive. Only your psychic senses will KNOW.

We are human BEINGS not human DOINGS. And this in short is the process of being who you really are.

If our phones go through regular upgrades in software….shouldn't we as well???

I was born in Lebanon, lived in Nigeria and grew up in The UAE. I graduated from SABIS in 2005 (UAE) and AUB (in 2009) with a Business degree. I quickly realised upon graduation that I had been following the wrong life strategy, other people’s life visions and definitions of success that did not matter to me. My first job showed me how off target I was when it comes to my own soul ambitions and soul goals. Because more than anything I learnt that office politics were not my thing and I do not compete with others for anything regardless of what they thought. 3 years into corporate life i decided to take a gap year to figure out what I really wanted. My gap year turned into a 7 year journey and rich life experience while working in leisure, events and project management in the UAE. I chose jobs and projects that helped me upskill my life skills. I worked with family businesses, startups, independent business owners, agencies … adapting to everything new and unfamiliar (again and again). I worked independently and I was starting to feel happy and free. I was starting to experience my version of true success. Or so I thought. I had closed the gap between where I wanted to be and where I started. But something was still missing. A connection of some sort. Contrary to what I thought, I was yet to experience what it is like to really live according to my own definitions, terms and conditions.

That’s when thetahealing found me (in 2014) and introduced me to the exciting world of energy healing. Before thetahealing I had dabbled with traditional therapy and other healing modalities but with thetahealing I felt I had arrived somewhere. A feeling or sense of home took over me. I felt that missing connection was no longer missing. Beyond a measure of reasonable and unreasonable doubt. Moreover, I felt empowered for the first time. As in, I felt an uncommon sense of true power not common “trumpy” power.

Since then, I specialise in the thetahealing technique and have a very well rounded experience with energy healing modalities. I have dedicated my energy and focus into training myself and sharing my experiences with those who are interested in creating their own signature experience. I am a certified instructor and practitioner. I received my masters in thetahealing from ThinK in february 2019. I am also certified in yoga, permaculture and every year I travel far and wide to add to my knowledge, wisdom and experience so that I practice walking the talk as best as I can. One thing I am truly dedicated to is to always keep learning. But not so I can be a walking encyclopedia and impress people with my knowledge, but to actually apply what I learn to the best of my ability and weed out what works for me and what does not. My healing journey is unique to me. I help you figure out your own journey so you can figure out what works for you.

Today I continue to put a lot of energy, time and resources into my life education. I love people, nature and learning. My passion is to teach what I learn because it has turned my life around and I love witnessing that for my clients and students. They say doing what you want is freedom and doing what you love is happiness. I am at my best when I am being a healer and teaching what I love because I get to feel free and happy at the same time. Afterall, teaching is what I have been doing all my life….
